Cancellation Terms for Transactions

1. Cancellation Notice: The customer has the right to cancel their payment via ePOS within [5 days] from the time the payment was made.

2. Cancellation Procedure: In order to cancel a payment, the customer must contact the company via [email: olig@olig.gr / telephone: 2665099310, 2665099317], providing the transaction details and provided that the relevant services of the Company have not been received.

3. Refund: In the event of a payment cancellation that complies with the Terms of Use, the money will be refunded to the customer within [15 days] from the date of the cancellation notice.

4. Cancellation Charges: In the event of cancellation, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee to cover administrative expenses.
