We would like to inform you that, within the framework of implementing the procedure for the management of unaccompanied vehicles (passenger cars, motorcycles, trucks, special-purpose vehicles, motorhomes, etc.), it is necessary to present the required documents of ownership of the vehicles upon their collection (purchase invoice, purchase agreement or sales contract, import documents or customs documents).

Required Information on Documents

For the smooth and uninterrupted completion of the procedure, the documents presented must mandatorily include:

• The vehicle's chassis number (VIN).
• The vehicle's licence plate number.
